Hello Gents. I am coming here from other men's fashion forums as I believe this forum is filled with more frugal shoppers like myself. I need some help in finding an acceptable looking pant fit at my budget. I mostly buy BR now (I essentially wore ponchos before) on deep discount. I am very skinny and am an extremely underpaid engineer so at the present moment, I wish to find clothes that fit me well off the rack so that I do not have to worry about tailoring costs right now. Below are some fits that I would love your feedback on. Of course they are not perfect nor am I trying to get them perfect, just trying to make them as good as I can. I apologize for the potato cam quality as this was the best I can do single handily.
Also, question as to how the pants should sit, please see the red line at my waist. Does anyone else have this problem? My waist is naturally slanted like this but I see many men wearing pants horizontally level at their waist. If I pull the pants up higher to sit horizontally level, it crushes my crotch and my socks show like Steve Urkel.
Won't let me post more than 4 pictures so I have linked them straight to imgur instead. Your help is greatly appreciated.
5' 10"
Fluctuating 140-145 lbs
Calf Size: 12"
BR Modern Slim Fit 30x32. Feels way too tight at the waist but I'm at my heaviest right now so it may ease up. Pant legs seem a little too short.

BR Modern Slim Fit 31x32. Seems to fit me the best out of the three. Waist might become too loose if weight goes back down a bit.

BR Tailored Slim Fit 31x32 Feels much baggier than the Modern Slim Fit.

BR Tailored Slim Fit Shit S. Not the best fitting shirt in the chest area but the best fitting shirt I can find OTR at my budget.

Collar Fit and Style
So I am trying to find a nice white button down and trying to figure out the best collar shape for me. Let me know what you think of these two. My jacket isn't sitting perfect as I just threw it on and did check it out first. Any recommendations to try in the sub $100 category would be helpful. These are Charles Tyrwitt and the collars are pretty stiff and a little higher than I am used to.

I like the angle on the left. But, yes, I like collar points go under the lapel.

Since it is a chino jacket and more casual, I think it looks fine. It has a little "X" near the buttoning point but I wouldn't worry too much about that.
My question would be, do it feel fine to move your arms around in? The jacket looks a little form fitting on the back which makes me think it could feel a little tight but other than that, looks good man!

It's too tight in the waist. Have the tailor fix what he did. Shoulders and chest are good. Sleeves came out well, but he took in too much. You shouldn't have that x at the button or that much dent above the butt. Almost looks like the pocket flaps are starting to kick up and out too. Jacket is on the short side, and the tightness is making it not cover enough ass.
You paid to have it fit well so you should be absolutely happy with it. It is close, but I would have him make it perfect.
