Hey fellas. I'm looking for a nice casual jacket for spring and maybe cooler summer nights. Maybe something made of canvas or cotton. I've been looking a bit on ebay. Any recommendations? Thanks.

Thrifting is all well and good for finding good-quality stuff, but it's awful for finding specific, good-quality stuff. I got VERY lucky in finding a linen/cotton jacket (just came back form the cleaners today).
Don't know your age. The stripes on this blazer may be a bit "adult", but this jacket is linen, navy, and cheeeeap:

In fact, the more I look at it, the more I want it for myself.

Some LEC options from last season that can carry into spring:

However, I did order the nailhead blazer, and I was less than impressed.

If you're not looking for a blazer, but something a little more casual, J.Crew Factory has some lightweight jackets.
