I suppose, given a name like ‘city hiker’. so far i have not worn them for more than a few minutes when trying them on. the upper is a tad stiff for now, hopefully they break in relatively easily. i’ll probably take them out for a spin tomorrow!

I dont usually post on this thread because I just grab things here and there but over the past few months I have been reworking my fall and winter items. I needed stuff I could wear for date nights or day outings that was somewhere between super casual and my business casual work stuff. A lot of J Crew and BR in here. Sorry, not a shill, they just have fits that I know work off the rack for me. All of these layer over or under stuff I already have and replaces some aged stuff that had some wear. Instead of giving reviews of everything, I will say that I like them all and would recommend. I dont think I bought anything at less than 40% off though. Some of the clearance twills were as low as $12.

Shirts
Picked up a couple of J Crew brushed twill medium weight flannel shirts.
This blue and another color that is not there anymore. Clearance stuff during black friday codes. I just needed some casual patterns in appropriate weight/color schemes for cooler months. This work well and i know J crew Slim Medium works for me, no problems.

Donegal bomber cardigan. I wasn't sure what I would think of this but I like donegal and the sale was good so I tried it. Boy, I am glad I did. Buttoned it up with a...button up and wore like a cardigan. Bah, bad sentence but whatever. Today I had it unbottoned like a jacket. Worked both ways.

Gerry down puffer jacket from Costco. On sale for $20. Its a lightweight puffer. It works. Not on the site right now but still in stores.

BR Factory mixed media vest, back on sale for $30. Killer deal on a fall piece. I will mainly hike with it but its decent enough to wear for casual hang out.
