Picked up a Factory Thompson in Oxford Cloth, Melange Gray, for $97 shipped (and not final sale - they changed that status right after I purchased). Picked up 32/34 pants instead of the usual 34/34, because J. Crew seems to be pretty liberal with their vanity sizing in the Sutton summerweight chinos. Pants turned out a perfect fit, both in the waist and finish with a perfect half break in the length. Just need to get the suit jacket tailored now.
Also picked up a pair of Aston Grey Kobe in tan from DSW, cause I'm still not dropping $250 on walnut strands even if they are on sale at Nordy's. Ten minutes of work with some darker polish on the heel and toe and they look far better than an $80 shoe. Someday maybe I'll be able to pull the trigger on the real deal, but it'll take a few more years of braining.

I have jeans I feel good about wearing now. Bought couple of JCF Sutton slim for $15 each and JC Wallace & Barnes white oak cone (whatever all this means) for $25, all are dark blue.
I only had shrunk-too-much 511s that I had to diet for or pre-dappered straight-but-too-much-leg opening before.

I just picked up a new pair of Jcrew Ludlow Wintips in cigar brown on eBay. $89 shipped. Haven't had a chance to wear them yet but they seem sturdy and well made.

Just got 2 of the Banana Republic Luxe Polos today during tax-free weekend. Originally $49.50 marked down to $38 and another 20% off of each. Ended up just under $30 for each.
Stopped by Nordstrom Rack on the way home after and found a Brooks Bros. Red Fleece pique polo in Red for $25. Pretty solid day of replenishing my closet.
