    Best Place for Driving Mocs

What do you all think the best place for driving mocs/loafers is? I prefer the more casual ones like any of the ones along the lines of the ones shown here: http://www.ralphlauren.com/family/index.jsp?categoryId=1899792&cp=1760781.1898623&ab =ln_men_cs2_casual

Thanks for your help, as always!

YMMV, but a couple years ago I bought a pair of JCrew driving mocs quite like the driving loafer linked below (if not the same shoe). I think they ran about $100 (may have been on sale), but they were comfortable, relatively cheap and I wore them all the time going out, so I got my money's worth. Guaranteed they saw the front lines quite often, but they did wear out in the toe area after a while, but by that time they deserved a nice retirement.

Allen Edmonds make a few nice pairs. If I were in the market for a pair I would get the Highway 1s. Endless.com has them for $175.

I like my Bass driving loafers I got last year... They feel like slippers you can wear outside (in a good way) and they were only like $40 at an outlet.

Driving mocs aren't something that are going to last 10 years or be recraftable, so I don't know about spending that much on them

I saw these at Macys. Catch em on sale online or with a discount if you can because $150 is kind of steep for driving mocs for me. The leather is really great and the Nike Air insole makes them so much more comfortable

I see a ton of driving mocs and other similarly-styled loafers every time I go to my local Nordstrom Rack. You might want to check there if you've got a store near you.

I owned a pair of suede driving mocs in college that I liked a lot, but I haven't owned or worn any since. I think my mom bought them for me on clearance from J.Crew when I was a freshman. I guess I feel like my suede wingtips and canvas sneakers fill that casual shoe niche for me.

I have a pair of Clarks I picked up at a Clark's outlet store and I'm definitely a fan.

Oops... Yeah... Mine are Clark's, but I picked them up at a Bass outlet.
