Help me pick out a leather sleeve for my new iPhone

I am looking for a leather 'slip-in' sleeve cover for my iPhone 4s. Please help me decide on one of these (or offer other suggestions). Thanks!

My iPhone is already the second thickest thing in my pants. I wouldn't want the case to make it any bigger.

I don't like sleeves like this because it makes it harder to get to your phone when you need it.

Nice. I use the Mophie case/battery backpack. Adds a lot of bulk but gets me through the day.

I am not sure if the OP is still looking for a sleeve but I am planning to order the dodocase for the iPhone 5. It will replace my wallet as well.
