Could this work as a blazer? Or would it look like an orphaned suit jacket? Considering it for the approaching fall season. Thoughts?

Has anyone ever gotten in "trouble" for returning too many items to the same retailer?
I almost exclusively shop online due to the convenience and the lack of sizing (XS, etc) in brick and mortar stores.
So a lot of times when I buy clothes from BR/ON/Gap I buy a bunch of different styles/sizes and end up returning a lot/sometimes all of them after trying them on. Also if I just want one item I spend at least $50 to get free shipping even if I know I'm going to return the rest since that is how their system works.
I heard from someone though that if you return too many items you could get blacklisted or banned from returning at certain retailers...anyone know if this is the case?

Can anyone explain where these Mark McNairy Suede Play Boy shoes fit on the shoe scale? Are they sneakers? Are they oxfords? Are they cool? Would you wear them? I saw that the chukka version of them with the larger sole was based off shoes Steve McQueen wore in bullitt.
I'm totally confused by them but I'm also like, weirdly, that hipster girl in the corner with the tattoos that might be secretly awesome intrigued by them too.

I'm looking for some dark brown / burgandy shoes to wear to work. It's not a formal environment, but I would like something that could be dressed up a little. I've been looking at the J&M Tyndall Wingtips in burgandy, and also the Tyndall Cap Toe Tuxedo oxford in Dark Mahogany. I've also taken a look at ECCO Atlanta Wing Tip in Cognac. Are there any other brands or specific shoes I should look at? As an example, Amazon is selling a Gordon Rush wingtip for $50, but I have no idea if these are any good. I'm looking to spend up to $125, which rules out AE for now.

Saw this coat in store today. IMHO it looks a little too polished to be a blazer (see pics). Also I saw the new (same as last year?) herringbone in store. Check out some quick fit pics of the two. They are just a little cropped on me, the angle of the shot makes it look worse. Pardon the terrible collar on the shirt I am wearing. I just grabbed one OTR because I was wearing a polo.
