I'm closing this thread to consolidate feedback and questions into a new one.

There's a link to your profile and settings all the way at the top in the upper-left ... assuming your viewing the desktop site, not the mobile version.

The first few posts by new people get reviews for spam, so some get flagged and don't appear until they're approved.

I'm not sure that's possible, but I'll look into it.

Yes, quite nice. But I suspect that activity view would be better if it could somehow be more compact vertically. As it is on my fairly large monitor I can only see six items. Whereas on, say, the old Threads or the current Style Forum many many more were visible. Perhaps getting rid of the avatars or something.

The old Threads clearly wasn't as good as you new setup, but that basic view of many items was very useful.

    Please please don't do that.

Users can easily open links in new windows/tabs themselves. if they want. But it's harder for those of us who don't want new windows/tabs to avoid it if the site makes it that way.

Just a tip for those of you who, like me, enjoyed being able to see all the threads in all the forums at once, if you click "Quick Links" at the top and then "Today's Posts" you can see all the recently updated threads from all forums at once... just like the previous site.

However, I do think that segmenting all the forums may lead to an overall decline in traffic for certain sub-forums.

Good idea -- I lowered that threshold.

Sure wish I could have more time to edit posts, though. I was hoping for more time than the previous Threads.
I increased the editing window to 30 minutes.
