How do I add an avatar photo?

Perhaps I'm totally missing something but I can't seem to find in the account editing section where to add a photo for my avatar?


Is this reserved for members who reach a certain post count or something?

I think there are 2 ways to go about adding an avatar that I'm aware of. Either you register with Gravatar (http://en.gravatar.com/) or you link your profile to your facebook profile. I went the Gravatar route, so I'm not really sure how the Facebook linking works, but once you set up your gravatar it should automatically pull into this site.
