Ever since I became a dad, I shave with an electric razor and drink instant coffee 'cause I don't got no energy for nothing else.

But I still read dappered most days and enjoy the forum as well.

I have been away for a while because I was busy obsessing over my conversion to traditional shaving but have been back around here and that other related forum some lately.

I switched over to traditional shaving over a year ago and love it! Hope you've stuck with it.

As for the forums/group here at Dappered, have to agree with you on that. Seems like people here are, as you put it, a balanced and considerate group. Joe seems to have cultivated a pretty good community.

The difference is night and day. I know there are good people there and plenty of us are over there but there are also a ton of jackasses. Found 2 threads in 5 minutes where a poster was repeatedly ridiculed for a posting. Part of me wants to believe the OPs are fake just to stir it up but that doesn't change the responses. So thanks to this forum for being such a balanced and considerate group of people.
