    Options to deal with uncooperative retailer?

    This is a first for me and I'm not sure how to resolve. I bought a pair of premium us made chinos from an online retailer and needed to return. I followed a similar return process that I had done prior with this company. The first time I did this, I received a credit in a very timely manner. This time, its been 3 weeks since I returned my item and I have received no credit and to compound matters I have sent 4 emails asking for status updates and have received no replies. I double checked my spam, made sure I emailed the proper address .. Etc. There is no phone number listed on website, so I have no other means of contact.

    What are my options? Can I dispute the charge with my credit card company at this point given the indifference Ive received regarding my return?

      Definitely dispute the charge with your bank or credit card.
