Caruso Blazer. 50R (US 40R). NWT!

For sale is a Caruso mainline blazer.

    Size: EU 50R (US 40R)
    Buttoning: 3-2 Roll
    Material: 46% Linen, 41% Wool, 13% Silk
Lining: 100% Cupro Bemburg. Half Lined.
    Weight: 3 Season
    Color and Pattern: Brown Herringbone
    Condition: New with Tags.

    Measurements:

    Shoulder to Shoulder: 18"
    Pit to Pit: 21"
    Sleeve from Shoulder: 26.25"
Length from Bottom of Collar: 30.5"

Reason for sale: I'd like to offset some of the cost from a tux I had to purchase. While this blazer is exceptional, I've owned it for almost 6 months and haven't worn it yet, so I think it's the best candidate to go.

Asking $300 shipped in CONUS. If you have any questions, text (513) 324 - zero five nine nine.

    Thanks!

Interested. Are the sleeves functional? How's the shoulder padding? What size are you in other brands - I'm a 40R in the SS Havana and Spier & Mackay Contemporary Fit, probably closer to a 39 in the Napoli, and a 40R in Cantarelli, LBM, and Boglioli.

Sleeves are not functional, so you can easily adjust the length if necessary. The shoulder padding is light, definitely closer to a natural shoulder than structured.

Size wise, I tend to float between a 39 and 40, depending on the brand and cut. I'm a 40R in J Crew Ludlow and 39/40 in eHaberdasher. I don't have any experience with SS or SM.

Given what I know about the brands you listed, this should fit you well, and it's light enough to handle the Texas heat. Let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks!
