Received an email from Karmaloop this morning. They stopped carrying the round-toe Beckman and didn't restock it for my order. As such, they offered me a full refund and/or refund plus 20% credit and free expedited shipping. I was pleasantly surprised by their customer service, despite not receiving the boot.
