Thanks for all the RL employee sale stuff guys! My favorite pair of trousers are RL made in Italy flannels (by Corneliani I think). Just bought some RLPL made in Italy dressy chinos.

Anyone getting married this spring that's a US 40-42? This amazing Caruso tuxedo has all the classic details (1 button, peak lapel, unvented), was $2,400 now $799!! Fully canvassed with basted sleeves, actual measurements available on the site.

That's a very nice tux, but I can't imagine spending that much money short of needing one for your own wedding. That's not a knock in any way. Just the facts of the matter.

I actually have my eye on a second-hand tux right now. We'll see where that lands.

@Fred G. Unn, very nice find. Too bad I have no use for it at the moment. Still too young... Q.Q.

I was eyeing the RL tux for $350 just because it's discounted so much. Just wondering though, when do people wear tuxes?

Any time after 6.... wait, are you a farmer, by chance?

Haha! I have only lived in big cities like LA and SF. I don't think I've seen anyone wear a tux other than at weddings and that is why I ask. Or maybe I'm just not with the right crowd.

Oh man. I should probably be glad the chelsea boots are only left in a size 8.5 now, because I would have been unable to resist a size 9.

In truth, I got mine when I was going to a lot of weddings in my 20s, had my formal firm party every Christmas, New Year's, and other events.
