Damn you Fred. Damn you! There are some ridiculous deals there. Just purchased a $430 pair of Grenson boots for $129.

With the Vibram sole right? That's really an amazing deal! I liked those too but there's no way I could justify another pair of brown boots.

@Fred - I also took the plunge on those boots. I have hiking boots, but need some nicer bots that can get some traction on snowy days. With free shipping and free returns it's worth checking them out!

Mr Porter stuff is going fast! If you need boat shoes, go there and check out Quoddy. They are handmade in Maine, usually retail for $250 but are now $75 in the remaining stock. Pretty ridiculous deal but they will probably be mostly gone in another hour or two.

FYI, brown and navy Quoddys are already gone. That didn't take long.

Sorry you missed out! I kopped the C&J Cliffords from Barneys in Dec. I thought all the Barney's sale C&Js had sold out but I looked this morning and saw that one. It had probably been returned and just entered the system, but unfortunately was gone just as fast I guess.

Barney's just has some great sales and I've purchased several things when they are having their massive clearance sales. Barney's has a good return policy too, not free but I think it's $8 to use their label. $8 isn't bad when you're trying on a few hundred bucks worth of shoes. Their house brand is nice and is made by Harris: http://www.calzoleriaharris.it/
I bought a pair of house brand austerity brogues last sale (summer?) but they had a wide gap around my ankles so I sent them back.
