I didn't end up buying anything at 40%... saw a few shirts I didn't mind ( a blue gingham, purple gingham, and a blue/purple check, but only the first item ends up being 40% off. Also, no free shipping or free tax). It would have ended up being something like $29 per shirt shipped. Not bad, but not great either.

After washing my first Lastcall.com Nieman Marcus shirt purchase, it slimmed down a bit. I think this is a true trim fit, on par with the slimmer shirts out there (Nordstrom Trim Fit, etc).


I bought the Living Social deal. If you wait for 40% off discounts, you can get 2 of these trim fit shirts for as little as little as $34 out of pocket (plus tax and shipping).


Anyway, I think that's a really good deal.

@BJ, I have had an interesting experience with my only pair of Sebago shoes. I ordered a pair of Beacon Boots last september from Amazon, and by November the toe was completely splitting, so I e-mailed Sebago and they prepaid for me to send them back and supplied me with a new pair. Then a couple months later, the leather started ripping on the back heel of one of the shoes. So I e-mailed them again, and again they prepaid for me to exchange them from a new pair. I have only read good thing about their quality, so I'm not sure if it is how I wear the shoes, or that particular style of shoe, but at least you know they have great customer service and stand by their products.

I just wanted to give a heads up that the Charles Tyrwhitt Shirt and tie for $40 deal still worked for me. The sale that was supposed to end May 12, and require payment with an American Express card, still works with a Visa.


Good for me because the first time I used the sale I think I threw the tie away!! I looked at it when it arrived and haven't seen it since, which sucks
