Eddie Bauer M-65 jacket for $45 + tax. Use code BHGNOV for additional 20% off listed price and free shipping. Only M and L left for now.

Tretorn sale. Jack Purcells + snob appeal.

Florsheim is having a boot sale. Take 15% off any boot purchase with PROMO CODE "Boots15" at

Rugby by Ralph Lauren is having a sale... up to 50% off + an additional 20% with code: INSIDERSONLY

Looks like there are some deals to be had!

@John, the M-65 is sold out already.

@Jason, Does LINK20 (20% off) not work on boots?

@osiriuso, that Shaggy Shetland sweater in green for $47 perhaps?

Also had my eye on the herringbone vest, but at $85 it's still a bit more than I want to spend:

            My Measurements: 6' 1" height, 35" sleeves, 41-42" chest/jacket, 35" waist, 34" inseam, 11.5D/EEE shoes, 200 lbs

Oops! My bad. Yeah, LINK20 still works. Too bad you can't stack those promo codes

The herringbone vest is what I've had my eye on there too. I think they used to have it in brown as well. I keep hoping it comes down under $50.

I'm not sure there is a more polarizing brand than Rugby. They have some just absolutely gorgeous items for somewhat decent prices. But then at the same time they have some absolutely hideous ones too.

Jos A Bank shoe trees $12.50, buy 2 get 1 free, so 3 for $25. This seems to be a pretty consistent sale price for JAB, but friendly reminder in case anybody hasn't thought to buy shoe trees from here. If can get a store to match the deal you can avoid $6 shipping. I just bought 3 from the last sale (i.e. last week) and they're fine for the price (I've read they're made by Woodlore), might pick up another 3

@ trash. Thanks a lot! I've been too lazy to drive to Nordstrom Rack (in the heart of the shopping district here). I only needed two, so now I guess I need to buy a pair of shoes to wrap around the free third tree...

With the $9(!) shipping and tax they work out to $12.25 ea, so about the same as NR but it saved me a trip. FYI, if you buy more than $75 use SAVETEN to take $10 off.

EDIT: Also, saw a plaid wool cap similar for $25:

Still a bit steep for what it is though.

                    My Measurements: 6' 1" height, 35" sleeves, 41-42" chest/jacket, 35" waist, 34" inseam, 11.5D/EEE shoes, 200 lbs

Century 21 has some more Kenneth Cole stuff on sale, including this jacket that looks cool:

for $80 instead of the $200 at Amazon.

Direct link to the sale here. Use this if you need a invite.

Robert Graham is having a $5000 shopping spree giveaway on Facebook:

Thanks for the tip on the Rugby sale. Picked up a blue/white oxford that I've been eyeing forever. (Normally $60, now $40 - 20%. Worked out to around $38 shipped with tax).

NP, I picked up a long sleeve Polo as well. Pretty excited about it!

Their herringbone coats look amazing, although they are a bit too costly for me right now.

Banana Republic has a 40% off everything in store sale going on. Applies to already marked down items as well.

I got a silk/cashmere/cotton polo for $25, plus a slim fit non iron and a western button down at 40% off full price. The markdown pickings may be slim, but my store had a good selection of full priced items (which are 40% off).

I didn't know BR had slim non-irons. They retail for $79.50, I got mine for about $48. First impression: compared to Brooks Brothers Extra Slim fit:

Pros: softer fabric, greater variety of patterns,

Cons: blousier in the chest, bigger armholes, less precise sizing (eg, 15-15 1/2, no sleeve sizing), less substantial collar, easier to find on sale.

Neutral: Similar waist size, same retail price.

Measured the chest, it's about 2.5" bigger in the chest than the Brooks ESF 15.5

Endless are having a friends and family 20% off sale. You have to spend at least $100 to get the discount.
