Hayneedle.com has the Epic Woodlores and Woodlore Boot Trees for $26.99. If you sign up for their newsletter when you go to the site they will give you a coupon code for 10% off. That seems to be a really good price for the Epics and and a few cents cheaper than Amazon for the boot trees. You also get free shipping on orders over $50, although it looks like they will come via the slow boat.

I'm interested in the Jos Bank trees but it sounds like whenever they have these sales that people end up waiting months for them to arrive.

I have the wooden Saphir shoe care valet/kit and love it. It was the only box I could find that had a good system of holding all the brushes in their proper place. Unfortunately though, its small and doesn't hold a lot of cremes or polish, so I have to have a second box to hold the extras plus my suede care tools/products.

The big one? That looks great! When I get time, one of my next woodworking projects is to make a box big enough to hold all my shoe maintenance stuff.

Yeah, the 'big' one. Its not very large though, but the way it holds the brushes is great rather than how most valets are just usually a box that you tumble stuff into or the kind that hold the brushes with elastic. I got mine from a Fine Pair of Shoes, which was a better deal before the NMWA sale, but the sale price edges out AFPOS considering shipping from the UK.

My only problem with it is that the bottom part, front two compartments are partitioned:

Sorry the cleaning clothe is on top of it. If I can remove that partition in the front part I'd be able to hold all of my cremes on their side. I had another wooden box from Michaels craft store, with a slide off top, that I keep the rest of my shoe care products and suede brushes in. I want to try to stain it to match the color of the Saphir box.

A custom one would be ideal. Can't wait to see pics of that.

Just when I told myself I was done, all of the suede players come on sale... I suspect if they do another thing like the partnership with soles4souls I'm done for. And according to that one sales calendar someone was posting around, they are.

Men's Wearhouse is having a designer suit sale. Now through Monday $199 for a designer suit. That being said I don't know anything about the cut or quality offered here, but $199 for a wool suit sounds like a good deal. Though I assume that they will require some tailoring. So the end price will be a bit more than the $199 price tag. I would be curious to hear what the take on this is from the community at large.

YMMV, but I got mine in about a week during Christmas; I ordered 4.

I bought those Eagle County boots a little while ago, still haven't worn them but they're nice. While I like the look and contrasting color of the wedge sole, I think they look better with a regular sole. They're a bit narrow on my feet, but the insole is very comfortable. Still haven't worn them out because I've opted for my beater boots for the weather, but I'm hoping to bust them out soon.

Nice, i see they also have added Amoks. Anyone have experience with the sizing? I wear a 9.5D in the 5 last (park ave, strand)

I thought the amoks were discontinued, but they keep coming back...

I have way too much stuff for my Woodlore valet. I like the Gerstner that Derek from Die Workwear has: http://dieworkwear.com/post/53444393427/gerstner-sons
Before starting though, I really need to plan out what I'd want it to be able to hold, and how to arrange it.

I'll probably just scale down and modify one of these plans:

Jcrew is having an extra 50% off sale items event again. Their stock has replenished, somewhat, so maybe check it out. They even have a few Drake's pocket squares available, at a rather tempting price. And my god, it's happened. I just called $35-40 for a square of fabric tempting.

i went to my local Diilards store in the mall and they are having a huge sale on Polo winter wear, including long sleeve shirts. 50% off the regular price, then another 50% off that price. Picked up a couple of their half zip cotton sweaters (I was pleasantly surprised that it had a slim fit to them) for $24 each. I think sale ends today.
