I'm amazed when people do things like this on Dappered. I don't think anyone has gotten away with it yet. A little honesty goes a long way.

Leaving aside the attempted obfuscation here, I have to ask what's up with the puckering at all of the seams on the jacket? Also, what about this thing makes it more durable than, say, the Kensington from Target, which is what it looks like to me?

Your first post says you backed it but usually founders are looking for backers. I mean if you could 'back' it yourself, you wouldn't need to be on Kickstarter correct?

The first 100 backers get it for 100 bucks. I say get it before it runs out. Here's the link: http://kck.st/1CG9Xtb
It would be nice if you identified yourself as the Founder and Chief Designer instead of appearing as a regular backer.

Certain Allen Edmonds firsts on sale at Amazon through seller Shoe Mart:

    http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=sr_nr_p_...qid=1436353697

University, MacNeil, McAllister, PA, and Strands among other models are on sale for ~25%-30% off firsts prices, free shipping. I snagged the last bourbon Strands in 11.5D.

That's terrific deal, but it doesn't work for all AmExes unfortunately. My Costco AmEx doesn't have that offer.

Saw these at Norstromrack.com. Chocolate suede, GW welt. I'm thinking a good enough option for trying a new style. Don't know if the price is a good deal, but ordered a pair anyway.

    Thanks for the tip!
It is a really good deal - and the underwear is great. I bought a red pair because apparently one is supposed to wear red undies on New Year's Eve (per Chilean tradition, according to my wife) and I have none. Also because they're fancy.
