They're usually coming from the UK, hence the $25 charge for shipping. I've never had to return a watch to them, but I believe they pick up the tab on the return shipping.

40mm for a chronograph with a bezel that isn't razor-thin should be ok for most small wrists, assuming the lug-to-lug length is something reasonable (under 50mm). I just googled a bit and it sounds like lug-to-lug length is 47mm, which should be doable.

It also depends on the shape of your wrist. I have a 6.5" wrist as well but my sweet spot is 42mm. They have a very easy return policy so if it doesn't work for you, you're only out the initial shipping charges.

So I ordered some random underwear off Gilt today and noticed in the confirmation email a link to get 20% off my next order (provided it was the same day). So I ordered a second set of underwear for less money w/free shipping (since I paid for it on the first order). Not sure how long they've been doing this, but worth keeping in mind if you're going to make a big ticket purchase from them.
