Casual blue jacket/blazer - tommy h on sale

As a somewhat frequent lurker, I know that a decent blue blazer is always being asked for here. I spotted this deal, and wanted to pass it along to those who need a casual blue jacket:

I bought the same one from Amazon, (here: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B008CXTVRK/...btag=566852839).

I've tried on TH jackets in the past, but the excessive shoulder padding always ruined them for me. However, I figured I would give it a chance, what with Amazon's free return policy.

Holy. Shit. The only thing holding this back from being the perfect sportcoat are the armholes. They are typical for TH tailored fit, meaning not as slim as Italian stuff (think BR width.) Otherwise, it is amazing. Triple patch pocket, two rear vents, slim fitting, NO SHOULDER PADS (!!!), half-lined. The fabric is a medium navy, it's all cotton, about as thick as a nice sweatshirt, and has a great pseudo-birds-eye texture to it. You can see the texture on the Macy's link if you zoom in. It says "knit", but it is not sweater-like at all; I plan to wear it to my law office (dress code: more than business casual, less than full suit.) The lining and under-collar felt are fire-engine red for all of us who are semi-peacocks.

Do you know if the sleeve buttons are functional? I almost always have to have sleeves shortened and real buttonholes make this about impossible.

        Sleeves are non-functional I believe.
