    $56.25 - $75 Ledbury Shirts

Ledbury is having a promotion on Gilt City. $75 gets you $145 Credit which is enough to buy you one shirt.

In addition, through the refer a friend, you get 25% off your first order on Gilt, which will bring this down to $56.25. My referral code is here: www.giltcity.com/invite/179432406aa9mrjnryp2.

I jumped on this deal, which is excellent. The $145 hits at the price for most of their shirts, so you're essentially getting half off. Highly recommend their slim fits for guys who aren't rail thin--these are the best shirts OTR I've found.

I second that this is a fantastic deal. The fit on Ledbury shirts isn't AMAZING (the slim isn't too too slim), but the fabric, designs and collar are THE BEST in the game, bar none. They also are truly wrinkle resistant naturally. I hardly ever need to steam or iron mine, and they go in the washer easy. Their poplin and twill is so luxurious and soft to touch. Some of their short run shirting can also be interesting.

Here's my referral link too: www.giltcity.com/invite/1003844092arxaagma34 . If anyone needs a further endorsement, PM me. I will never, ever buy Brooks Brothers or CT when deals like this for Ledbury occasionally pop up. I'd rather keep a stable of cheaper dress shirts (20-35) and then a few luxury ones.

Interested in trying it out but unfortunately they don't offer 15.5 with 34.5 or 35 sleeve length. 34 is just a tad too short for me.

The fit difference between a 16" and 15.5" is pretty minimal (I have both). You can probably bite the bullet and try a 16".

I jumped on this too. I have a hard time finding shirts that fit me well. The listed measurements for the slim fits make me think these might work. Here's hoping...

I'm a huge fit nazi. The fit on the Ledbury's aren't that great, but the material drapes so well on you (and tucks in well) that I don't mind.

It takes a few minutes. X out, add the item again, and then in your cart the discount should be auto-applied.

I'm interested in picking up a shirt. Just wondering though, can you stack the 15% off on the ledbury website? (15% off first purchase)?

You can't. Gilt City gives you a promo code which will take $145 off your order, and you can't stack promo codes.

Anyone know how long the collar points are on Ledbury's Anglo-American collar?

I'm confused about sizing. I'm a 16.5'' by 35'' but when I look at the slim fit guide, it tells me that is equivalent to a large, while a 16'' by 35'' is equivalent to a medium. With shirts like these, does the chest size increase as the collar size increases? I'm looking for a slim fit, but I'm afraid that extra 0.5in. in the collar size would increase the chest size by 2 inches, leading to a more classic fit.
It would be nice to have a comfortable collar size for the rare occasion that I do wear a tie, but for 99% of the time I plan on wearing it with the top button unbuttoned anyway, so I rather have the slimmer fit. You think I should go with the 16'' collar?

                            www.giltcity.com/invite/1000080406agvny9acjd <--- get 25% Shameless self promotions =)

Also this is a good deal, the only time it was better was last summer with dailyhookup. The cost was 65$ last time. You probably won't see a deal like this again.

If you get the 25% its better than the deal last summer.

The M and L distinctions are so wishy washy. I wouldn't be too worried about that.

Yes, the chest size, and the proportions in general, do increase as the collar size increases, as is the case with most dress shirts. But it's almost always incrementally. A 15" is a little larger than a 15.5" in the chest, and so will a 16", etc. You won't be jumping a full shirt size from a 16" to a 16.5" in any dress shirt, almost ever. That's why dress shirt sizing is a much more precise game than t-shirt sizing. And Ledbury shirts do not run especially slim, even in Slim Fit (but the fabric, patterns, collar, and second button make up for it).

If you truly NEVER, EVER fit a 16" collar in any dress shirt, then stick with the 16.5" slim. Don't overthink this. If you bounce between a 16" and a 16.5" collar depending on the shirtmaker, then size down. I'm probably a true 16", but I can fit into a 15.5" in most shirts because 1) most shirtmakers aren't true to size on the collar (like waist sizes on jeans) and 2) I always use these lifesavers. They're a huge asset for someone with a larger neck but not a proportionally larger body.

Hope that helps. And my referral link is also on the first page.
