Tommy, I've ordered from the shoe bank a few times in the past and never received an email confirmation or tracking information. The shoes took ~4 days to be delivered from the shoe bank to the west coast.

I picked up some AE Ithaca Chili 2nds for $99 from Edward at the Freeport store and wore them today for the first time. They are great. Great fit, great look, great quality. You really have to look close to tell why they are seconds, they were stitched slightly asymmetrically. I don't think anyone other than me will ever know.
