Thoughts on this Target Topcoat

Hey Guys. I picked up this coat at Target for 27.99. Thoughts on Fit and Color or anything else??? Any feedback would be appreciated.

joe3, it's a bit large, but that's fine if you're planning on wearing a blazer or sport coat underneath.

For $28 I think it looks great. How are the shoulders? It might even be a little tight in the shoulders with a jacket underneath.

Just wearing it around my apartment, it seems very warm. I know the coat is blended and only retails for 79.99 so i would bet it is middle of the road quality
