    Thanks for the advice, guys. I'll start lifting this weekend. Today was a 3 mile jog after a long day at work. I'm busted.

    Positive outcome from my Dr. today...my surgery was successful and I can get back to my life. I have not ran in almost a month and I miss it dearly. I treated myself to some new shoes on my break.

    As a note, anyone who may wear New Balance 890's, the version 4 is a complete shoe overhaul so snap up and V1 - V3 you can get your hands on....preferably not in a 12.5 so I can get another pair.

    Congrats JBarwick. Surgery is never fun and recovery is often worse than the surgery.
